Philippine developer Ayala Land has unveiled Metro Nuvali, a 200-ha central business district in the heart of Calabarzon, Southern Luzon. Located within Nuvali’s 2,500-ha eco-community, this new development will feature three key districts.
The 100-ha Lakeside District is a destination for shopping, dining and leisure – anchored by Ayala Malls Nuvali, which will be integrated with the lakeside, Seda Hotel and future office towers. Nearly 50,000 sq m of new retail area is slated for opening by next year.
The 40-ha Central District is the commercial and cultural core of Metro Nuvali, incorporating modern office towers, collaborative workspaces and a 3-ha Central Park complementing the East Bloc Garden.
The 60-ha Civic District serves as the institutional hub – anchored by the Santa Rosa Civic Complex, a 2-ha development housing a satellite city hall, convention centre, hotel and command centre. With direct frontage along Casile–Tagaytay Road, it opens a new gateway linking Cavite, Tagaytay and Laguna.
Metro Nuvali will be connected to the broader Nuvali estate ecosystem – including Solenad, the 36-ha sports and arts hub; Nuvali Commons, the estate’s social quarter; and South Nuvali, a network of green neighbourhoods and parks. Its accessibility will further expand with the upcoming Carmona–Biñan Link Road, targeted for completion in 2028, linking the district to SLEX (South Luzon Expressway), Calax (Cavite-Laguna Expressway) and the future CTBEX (Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway).
