McConnell Dowell has secured a major contract to carry out site development works for the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP) in Singapore. Work is scheduled to commence in early 2019, with the full commercial operation targeted for 2025.

Korean global energy company SK E&S has signed a Letter of Intent with the Philippines’ Department of Energy to propose the construction of LNG infrastructure worth US$1.7 billion.

Samsung C&T has been awarded a contract to build the new 1,760-MW Jawa 1 power plant in Indonesia. It is expected to be the biggest  combined cycle power plant in Southeast Asia, which aims to supply electricity to approximately 11 million homes.
